Understanding Certificate of Conformance Requirements (VQR)

All suppliers must provide documentation confirming that all design and purchasing requirements are in compliance. Certificates of Conformance (CofC) demonstrate that all raw materials, part processing, and performance testing meet requirements. Certificates of conformance must accompany product when shipped to MSSI and failure to include proper certification documents will result in a supplier non-conformance being issued against the supplier.

Selected suppliers are required to scan and transmit electronic copies of their certifications using the MSSI online certification submission database.
